Philosophy

As an organization we believe in the responsibility, as role models, of helping our athletes develop the life skills necessary to be future leaders in the community. We expect players to be responsible and accountable every moment they are on or off the ice. We understand that an athlete’s successful involvement in a positive and competitive team environment helps to build a strong foundation of the skills necessary to succeed in life. Whether it is the ability to work with others, demonstrating positive leadership skills, or effective communication, we believe in every athlete having an experience that will prepare them for whatever future path they choose. We try and create this experience through the expectation of an exceptional work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to compete every day.

Values

We will be recognized as an organization that exemplifies three core values.

  • Teamwork – We will all work together as one cohesive group: always striving for team success above all else.
  • Sacrifice – We will all do what it takes to persevere through the adversities that we encounter, while continually searching for solutions and avoiding excuses.
  • Integrity – We will all be aware of continuous representation and take pride in being a part of this organization.
